10 oz chicken
⅖ cups steamed broccoli
8 oz fettuccine noodles
3 cups milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
6 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
¾ cup parmesan cheese
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp garlic powder
Prepare pasta. Whisk together milk, cornstarch, garlic powder, and salt. Turn heat to high and bring to slow boil. Turn heat to low and continue to cook until slightly thickened. Whisk in cream cheese, 2 tbsps at a time, until melted. Sprinkle parmesan cheese in slowly, whisking as you go.
