Sour Cream Salsa Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheese
flour tortillas
spanish rice (optional)

Place chicken breasts, taco seasoning, and salsa in crockpot. Cook for 4-6 hours or until chicken is done. Add sour cream and cheese and cook until hot. Serve on tortillas with rice.
