Marshmallow Surprise Cookies

1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
½ tsp soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
marshmallows

Whish together flour, cocoa, soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add egg, milk, vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Place marshmallow on top and return to over for 2 minutes. Let completely cool, then frost.

2 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsps butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
