I got this recipe from my daughter in law, Nicole. She did this at football games and other events. She did it a little simpler: small bag of fritos, open up and pour in hot chili (your favorite from a can) and top with shredded cheese. Her mother brought the idea to us during a Lake Powell trip, and did it a bit more detailed. We put the fritos in a bowl, topped with cheese, lettuce, olives, sour cream and whatever you like. This year's Lake Powell trip, I 'tricked' it up some more.
Fritos in a bowl
taco meat,
your favorite canned chili,
cheese,
tomatoes,
lettuce,
salsa,
sour cream,
ranch dressing
and whatever you like.
It went over very well.
