Halloween Casserole

I've had this recipe for a long time and always wondered if it was really good or not. A couple Halloweens ago, I made this for us on Halloween night and it was really good. I just baked it in a casserole dish, but would love to try it in a hallowed out pumpkin.

Halloween Casserole
2 lbs hamburger
1 onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 T brown sugar
2 cans cream of chicken with rice soup
2 cup cooked rice
1 can water chestnuts (optional)

Brown hamburger and onion. Add soups, brown sugar, cooked rice, and water chestnuts.
Place ingredients in a large pumpkin or casserole dish. Cover with foil and cook at 350' for 1 hour. Cover with Chinese noodles and/or cashews.
