I made this one year for gifts. I think I quadrupled it and then put it in little jars with a cute note attached. This is a yummy chocolatey creamy hot chocolate! I just love my hot chocolate!! Make sure that you put it in a food processor or you will have lumps and then when you add the water, it will not mix in as well. I learned my lesson with that!
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup coffee creamer
3/4 cup cocoa
1 pkg chocolate pudding
Put all ingredients in food processor and mix until blended. To make hot chocolate, put 3 heaping tablespoons in cup and add about 1 cup of hot water!
