Breakfast Casserole

6 pieces of bread
1 lb sausage
1 tbsp minced onion
8 eggs
½ tsp dry mustard
2 cups milk, separated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cheese

Place bread in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cooked sausage over the top. Mix the onion, eggs, dry mustard, and 1 ½ cups milk and pour over the top. In the morning, combine 1 can cream of mushroom soup and ½ cup milk. Pour over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so.
