Fruit Dip

1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
1 pkg (3.5 oz) instant coconut pudding
3/4 cup milk
½ cup sour cream

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Cover. Blend 30 seconds. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend the flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
