Fruit Pizza

3/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 ½ cups flour
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar, separated
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup fruit juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp lemon juice

Mix margarine, powdered sugar, and flour like a pie crust. Put on round pizza pan. Bake at 350' for 10 - 12 minutes. Mix cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and vanilla. Spread on cooled crust. Place a variety of fruit on the pizza: strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, apple, oranges, etc. Mix fruit juice, cornstarch, lemon juice, and ½ cup sugar. Boil until thick. Cool completely. Pour over fruit.
