Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8.5 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp minced onion or 2 tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 cup pecans

Press all juice out of pineapple. Combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Refrigerate for several hours. Shape into a log and roll in chopped pecans or serve like a dip in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
