1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mixed veggies (I use frozen)
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1/4 t thyme
1/4 t pepper
1 pkg frozen deep dish pie crusts
Combine all ingredients and spoon into pie crust. Cover with top crust. Crimp edges to seal. Slit top crust and brush with beaten egg if desired. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes.
