Pizza Dough

Here is my pizza dough recipe that I ALWAYS use! I love that I can do it in my breadmaker. So, depending on who is going to be home, I either make all 3 pizzas, or I freeze whatever dough I won't use and safe it for the next Friday Family Fun Night! Just put it in a ziploc baggie and stick in the freezer. It usually takes all day to thaw the dough.

1 ½ cups water
½ cup olive oil
4 ½ cups bread flour
2 T sugar
1 T salt
1 T yeast

Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. (The way I have it listed is how I layers mine). Different makers dictate different order of ingredients. At the end of the dough cycle, remove from pan to lightly floured or oiled surface. Divide into three equal portions. Place in an oiled 9x13-inch pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. (The cold rising gives the dough great texture, nice and chewy.) I usually forget to make the dough Thursday night, so I just take it from the bread maker, divide it, and make my pizzas.
