Easy Enchilada Casserole

I got this recipe from the cookbook that Nicole gave us a few years ago. I was drawn to this recipe because of the simpleness of the ingredients. It was really quick and easy to make. My kids loved this one.

1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 cup salsa
½ cup milk
6 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese

Cook beef until browned. Drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and ½ the cheese. Spoon into 2 qt baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
