Cranberry Bars

I love, love, love to have homemade cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving. When I make it, I use the whole bag and it just makes and ton and we never seem to use all of the sauce. Last Thanksgiving I knew I just had to find something to do with the leftover cranberry sauce. I just hate to see things sit in my fridge and then grow mold! I found a couple of recipes that I really liked and my kids liked them also. These bars were gone pretty darn quick!!

1 cup flour
1 cup oats
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp soda
½ cup butter
2/3 cup cranberry sauce

Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, and butter until crumbly. Put 2/3 on bottom of 8x8 pan. Spread cranberry sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining crumbly mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
