Cranberry Muffins

Another great recipe to use up some of that yummy leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving!

1 cup flour
½ cup wheat flour
1 cup oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp soda
1 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
½ cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg

Mix flours, oats, brown sugar, powder, soda, and salt. Add cranberry sauce, milk, oil, and egg. Mix just until moistened. Bake at 400 for 20-22 minutes.
